摘要
用双定子泵组成新型节流调速回路,通过分析新型回路的节能特性,使节流调速回路能高效率地应用在大功率系统中。通过和传统节流调速回路进行比较,结果表明:双定子泵组成的新型节流调速回路在恒负载工况下能减少传统节流调速回路中的溢流损失和节流损失,节约能量;在变负载工况下,系统具有近似恒功率输出特性,并减少了旁路溢流损失。使节流调速有更大的功率适用范围,为新型液压元件和回路的应用奠定了理论基础。
Through the analysis of energy-saving characteristics of new throttling governing circuit constituted by double-stator pump, the throttling governing circuit could be used in high power system with high efficiency. Through a comparison with traditional throttling governing circuit, the results show that the new circuit constituted by double-stator pump can reduce overflow loss and thrott-ling loss under constant load condition; under varying load condition, the circuit has approximately constant power output characteris-tics and the power loss of bypass overflow is reduced. This study makes the throttling governing circuit has wider power range, and lays a theoretical foundation for the application of new hydraulic components and circuits.
