摘要
设计了一种基于金属粉末支撑的GMAW堆焊成形方法,针对自行研制的金属堆焊成形设备,介绍了其铺粉原理和系统组成。开发了该设备的硬件系统和软件系统,对铺粉系统的控制方式以及软件系统的分层算法进行了分析,然后对设备的铺粉精度进行了试验验证,为基于金属粉末支撑的堆焊成形工艺研究提供了依据。
A surfacing forming method of gas metal arc welding ( GMAW) is designed, which is based on metal powder support-ing. Powder principle and system configuration are introduced by the metal surfacing forming equipment that was self-developed. The hardware system and software system of the device were developed, the control method of laying powder system and the hierarchical al-gorithm of software system were analyzed and the powder precision of equipment was verified by experiment. It lays a foundation for the research of metal powder supporting based the process of surfacing forming.
