摘要
运用Renishaw激光干涉仪在合适的测量环境下对齿轮磨床各轴的定位精度、重复定位精度以及位置偏差等参数进行检测,对检测数据进行分析处理,之后对机床进行螺距补偿以提高各轴的精度。检测结果表明,补偿后机床精度满足工作要求。该方法方便快捷、可靠,适用于实际生产。
Renishaw laser interferometer was used in the appropriate measurement environment to test the positional accuracy, repeated positional accuracy and another parameters of each axis of gear grinding machine. Then the precision of each axis was im-proved by pitch compensation after analyzing the measurement data to meet the manufacture requirements. This method is convenient, reliable and suitable for actual production.
