摘要 位置跟踪装置一方面要求直观地反映系统内各元件的性能及数据传输、程序算法及运动输出速度的合理性;另一方面,位置跟踪又是一种对机电控制的基本架构及编程有较高要求的装备,尤其是运动的高精度。论述了该位置跟踪实验装置系统的机械结构部分,电气控制部分及人机交互设备设计的过程。该设备的机械部分由导轨滑块部分、步进电机、编码器等组成;控制部分是西门子S7-200PLC控制器;人机交互设备采用eVIEW型号为ET070的7寸触摸屏。通过PLC控制各步进电机的主从运动,以实现运动滑块位置的跟踪。 On one hand, position tracking device according to one claim directly reflects the performance and data transmission a-mong system components、program algorithm and rationality of motor output speed; on the other hand, position tracking is a kind of basic structure and electromechanical control programming with higher requirements for equipment, especially high-precision movement. The design process is discussed for the structure of the mechanical part of the position tracking system experimental device, electrical control equipment and human-computer interaction. The mechanical parts of the equipment were consisted of rail slider section, stepper motors, encoders and other components. Control section was Siemens S7-200PLC Controller. eVIEW model ET070 7-inch touch screen was used for the human-computer interaction. Through programmable logical controller (PLC) control the stepping motors of master- slave movement, position tracking of the slider movement is implemented.
