为了提高轴承的生产效率,在其机械加工系统中采用机器人进行生产,符合市场需求。作者根据多年工作经验,通过参阅大量文献,设计了轴承套圈机械加工机器人控制系统,对搬运机器人、装箱机器人的结构及层次架构系统进行了研究,为提高企业效益,保证生产质量提供了技术支持。
In order to improve production efficiency, the use of robots in machining system for production meet market demand. Based on years of work experience, by referring to the large number of documents, the bearing ring machining robot control system was designed. Structure and system level architecture of packing robot and handling robots were studied. In order to improve efficiency of en-terprises and to assure production quality, technical support is provided.
