摘要
以5 mm厚花旗松薄板为研究对象,分别在160℃、180℃、200℃、220℃热压温度、40%厚度压缩率、15 min、30 min、45 min保压时间条件下,分析不同处理温度及保压时间对花旗松压缩薄木力学性能的影响,探索其最佳压密工艺。
With 5 mm-thick Douglas fir veneer as the research object,the effect of different treatment temperatures and pressure holding time on the mechanical properties of compressed veneer of Douglas fir are analyzed in the case of hot press temperatures of 160 ℃,180 ℃,200 ℃ and 220 ℃,40% thickness compression rate and holding pressure time of 15 min,30 min and 45 min respectively to explore the optimum compression process.
