摘要
以无锡某污水处理厂为研究对象,由于上游工业企业废水比例占该污水厂总进水的50%,因此极易产生污泥中毒现象。为了解决该污水处理厂由进水冲击引起的污泥中毒、影响污水处理效果等问题,积极探索最佳的解决方案。在污水厂受冲击期间,进行了镜检污泥微生物、活性污泥微生物耗氧率(OUR)对比试验和接种培菌试验。结果表明:工业废水中的有毒有害物质,会给该污水处理厂生物池内的微生物带来破坏性的影响;直接向生化池投泥培菌不能解决持续性进水冲击问题,需在生化处理前加一个预处理工艺才能应对持续性工业废水冲击。
Taking a WWTP in Wuxi as an example,the wastewater from upstream industrial enterprises accounts for 50%of the total water of the WWTP,which is easy to cause a sludge poisoning phenomenon.The best solution is actively explored in order to solve WWTP's sludge poisoning problem caused by the impact of influent,corresponding wastewater treatment efficiency and other issues.When WWTP is affected,microscopic examination of sludge,microbial oxygen consumption rate(OUR) for activated sludge and inoculation bacteria culture test have been carried out.The results show that the toxic and harmful substances in industrial wastewater will bring destructive effect to the microorganisms in the bioreactor of WWTP.If the sludge is directly poured into the biochemical tank,it will not solve the persistent impact problem.It is necessary to add a pretreatment process before biochemical treatment to deal with persistent industrial wastewater impact load.
