摘要
利用从生产装置退役的旧膜,以超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)为主要工艺流程,对煤制甲醇废水进行处理的可行性进行了验证。根据试验运行数据可得,系统具有良好的抗冲击能力,对煤制甲醇工业产生的废水有较好的处理效果,其处理后的废水水质优于普通上海地区地表水水质,完全能够满足工业用水的需求。
Biochemical process ef f luent from some coal chemical plant in Shanghai was treated by the main process combined wi th UF and R0. As operating data of UF - R0 process shown,the system had strong over-load performance. Great efficiency of UF - R0 process for wastewater treatment of coal to methanol industry was obtained. The quality of treated wastewater was superior to surface water and fully satisfied the requirement of industrial water.
