污泥深度脱水板框压滤设备的质量控制和检测方法

Quality Control and Test Method of Plate-Frame Filter Press for Sewage Deep Dewatering Equipment

目前板框压滤设备生产厂家较多,产品的规格型号数十种以上,产品在污水处理厂及工厂企业普及速度很快。由于此类设备是由多个单元设备和材料组合而成,因此,它的技术标准涉及处理效果、整机性能、滤板、自动化水平、噪声以及所用材料等方面。综合污泥板框相关标准,总结了检测该类设备的关键性技术方法,重点分析及梳理了制约板框压滤机性能的参数指标,指出了当前污泥板框压滤机质量标准研究中需要完善的一些问题,并对我国未来污泥深度处理设备标准修订的研究工作提出了建议。

At present, pla te - frame fil ter press with var ious specifications and models were p roduced by di f ferent e qu ipmen t manufacturers. The equipment was widely applied in sewage treatment plants and others,which was composed of multiple units and different materials, therefore the technical standard involved treatment effect, the whole machine performance, filter plate, automation level,noise and materials. Related national standards of plate-frame filter press were integrated and the key technology methods were summarized. Meanwhi le, performance parameters of plate-frame filter press were analyzed and combed. Problems relating to the standard were pointed out. Furthermore,the revision on the equipment standard for sludge deeply dewatering in the future was put forward.
