摘要
幼儿园教师的科研能力是其专业素养的关键组成部分,但当前幼儿园教师的科研能力普遍不高。要提升幼儿园教师的科研能力,需要营造良好氛围提高幼儿园教师的科研意识,加强科研培训让幼儿园教师掌握科研方法,创造科研实践机会保证其能力能在实践中持续发展。
Preschool teachers" ability of scientific research is a key component of their professionalaccomplishment, but currently their ability is generally not high. To improve the preschool teachers" sci-entific research ability, it needs to create a good atmosphere to improve the awareness of scientific re-search, strengthen training to master scientific research methods, and create practical research opportuni-ties to ensure constant development in practice.
