摘要
明确用人单位知情权边界有利于改善劳资关系。阐述我国用人单位知情权的研究现状,结合典型案例,提出用人单位知情权界定的边界:劳动关系确立前以询问为主,劳动合同履行中以监控为主。
The definite boundary of the employer's right to know is helpful to the purification of labor relations. Analyzing the research status of the employer's right to know in China, and combining with typical cases, the article put forward the boundary of the employer's right to know: mainly inquiring before the establishment of labor relations, and mainly surveillance inthe performance of the labor contract.
