摘要
首先介绍了机械手的基本结构,接着在分析控制要求的基础上,分配输入输出端,分析停止信号的处理。最后采用状态转移图法分析实现对机械手调试与运行两种模式的控制,使得控制任务简化、逻辑清晰、编程简单、可读性强。
Firstly, the manipulator's basic structure was introduced. Then, based on control requirements, inputs/outputs were assigned and stop signal processing was analyzed. Finally, using sequential function chart(SFC), debugging and operation control of manipulator was analyzed and achieved. The control task is simplified, the logic is clear, the programming is simpler and more readable.
