摘要
风管式空调水泵噪音主要是100Hz电磁噪音,是由水泵电机振动通过水泵支架传递到外壳钣金并通过外壳钣金向外辐射产生的。根据噪音产生的机理及目前水泵结构缺陷分析结果,优化设计一种新的水泵隔振胶垫,有效降低了水泵噪音。
The noise caused by water pump withinduct indoor unit of air conditioner is mainly 100 Hz electromagnetic type, which originates from the motor vibration and then transfer to the sheet metal of the cabinet through bump support and radiated by the sheet metal. Basis on the analysis of the noise generation mechanism and the drawbacks of the present bump structure, a new type of rubber vibration-isolation pad is designed, and in consequence the noise is reduced effectively.
