渤海油田钻完井技术现状及发展趋势

Current status and developing trend of drilling and completion technologies in Bohai oilfield

渤海油田已开发40年,部分油田逐渐进入开发中后期,高效开发面临海上地质、油藏条件复杂,作业成本高、风险高,低效井治理难度大,非常规稠油高效开发制约因素多,海洋环境保护日益严格等难题,给钻完井作业带来巨大挑战。总结了渤海油田"十二五"期间形成的优快钻井技术、丛式井整体加密调整钻完井技术、钻完井全过程储层保护关键技术、钻井综合提速技术、渤海特色防砂技术等关键技术,分析了目前渤海油田钻完井技术面临的主要挑战,并探讨了未来渤海油田钻完井技术发展趋势,以期为提高渤海油田钻完井技术水平、推动渤海油田高效可持续开发提供指导。

The Bohai oilfield has been developed for 40 years, and some blocks have gradually entered the medium or late stage of development. There are some difficulties in high-efficiency development, such as the complicated geology and reservoir conditions, the high cost and risk in operations, the difficulty in rejuvenating the inefficient wells, barriers in extra-heavy oil development, and the increasingly severe marine environmental protection. These difficulties throw great challenges on drilling and completion operations. In this paper the key technologies in Bohai oilfield were summarized, such as the ROP-enhancing technology, the integrated drilling and completion technology for the infilling cluster wells, the technology of the whole process reservoir protection, and the special sand control technology. Also the main challenges in drilling and completion technology in Bohai oilfield were analyzed and the development trend thereof was discussed, Hopefully we will provide advanced level of drilling and completion technology, promoting efficient and sustainable development of Bohai oilfield.
