摘要
为降低城市轨道交通建设、运营成本,合理确定线路敷设方式,通过从工程造价、运营成本、地价影响及生态保护和地质条件方面对高架线的经济特征进行详尽分析,结合具体案例,总结出高架线既有建设、运营成本低,建设速度快等经济优势,又存在征地拆迁费用高、噪声污染较大、景观较差等方面的问题。最终得出高架敷设方式的适用范围,为城市轨道交通建设选择合理的敷设方式提供参考。
In order to reduce the construction and operation cost of urban rail transit and determine appropriate track laying method,this paper analyzes the economic characteristics of elevated line in terms of project cost,operation cost,land price impact,ecological protection and geological conditions. Based on specific cases,elevated lines are characterized by such economic advantages as low construction and operating costs,and fast construction speed. Meanwhile,they are also encountered with such problems as high cost of land requisition and demolition,heavy noise pollution and poor landscape and so on. Finally,the applicable scope of elevated laying method is defined,which may provide some reference for the selection of proper laying method for urban rail transit construction.
