摘要
为了节省植物资源,保护生态环境,采用化学合成方法制备黄藤素.以盐酸小檗碱为原料,用路易斯酸三氯化铝裂解开环脱去亚甲基和甲基,得到2,3,9,10-四羟基小檗碱,再用甲基化试剂使2,3,9,10-四羟基小檗碱甲基化,获得黄藤素碱,最后用盐酸成盐得盐酸黄藤素,收率为60%~64%.该方法成本低,合成路线反应步骤短,操作简单,产物质量好,适合产业化生产.
In order to save plant resources and to protect the ecological environment,palmatine was prepared via chemical synthesis method.Berberine hydrochloride was used as the raw materials.The methylene and methyl groups were removed using a Lewis acid aluminum chloride to crack and open the loops.Than the obtained 2,3,9,10-tetrahydroxycurcumin berberine was memylated with methylation reagent to acquire palmatine base.Finally hydrochloride palmatine was obtained with hydrochloride salt.The yield was 60%to 64%.The method has the advantages of low cost,short synthesis route,simple operation,good product quality which makes it suitable for industrial implementation.
