摘要
为充分利用黄河汛期浑水资源,三门峡水电厂针对制约机组浑水发电的关键因素进行了大量的试验研究,其主要方法是通过对水力特性、抗磨蚀材料、水库调度等的优化增强机组抗磨蚀性能,通过减少顶盖的渗漏水、减轻顶盖淤积、完善排水系统等提高排水系统的可靠性,以降低通风系统的风损实现机组通风条件的改善等,并以此为基础不断提出改进措施。因此,通过对机组的抗磨蚀性能、排水系统的可靠性、机组通风条件等进行重点研究和综合运用,使浑水发电技术在三门峡水电厂取得了突破性的进展并得到成功运用。
In order to make full use of the Yellow River muddy water resources in flood season,Sanmenxia Hydropower Plant did a lot of experimental studies on the key factors of muddy water power generation technology,mainly through optimizing the hydraulic characters,resistant abrasion material and the reservoir regulation to improve the abrasion resistance,we reduced the water leakage,siltation of the turbine head and optimized the drainage system conditions to enhance the reliability of the drainage system,we reduced the wind damage of the ventilation system to realize the improvement of the ventilation and proposed a continuous improvement measures.So through the research and comprehensive application on the affecting factors of improving the abrasion resistance,the reliability of the drainage system and the ventilation of the hydropower plant unit,it had made groundbreaking progress and achieved successful operation of power generation by using muddy water in the Sanmenxia Hydropower Plant.
