摘要
为了解决水电站增容改造转轮室扩大后,受原座环尺寸和转轮室安装精度所限,新转轮室和开挖混凝土之间密闭狭小空间回填浇筑难题,通过对无收缩灌浆材料进行试验研究,找出了适合高安装精度要求和密闭狭小空间的回填浇筑材料以及施工工艺和方法,并对材料的强度、拌和用水量、流动性、竖向膨胀率等关键性能进行了优化,成功应用于三门峡水电站2#~5#机组增容改造。
In order to solve the difficult problem of backfill in confined space between the new runner chamber and the excavated concrete,limited by the size of the original seat ring and the installation accuracy of the runner chamber after the renovation of the hydropower station and the expansion of the runner chamber,it found out a suitable backfill material for high installation precision and the confined space and its construction technology and method through the experimental study of non-shrinkage grouting material.The key performances of material strength,quantity of mixing water,liquidity and vertical expansion rate were optimized and successfully applied to the capacity increase reform of No.2-No.5 units of Sanmenxia Hydropower Station successfully.
