摘要
为适应国土资源管理工作新常态的要求,本文从"顶层设计"理念出发,对甘肃省国土资源综合监管平台的设计与建设进行了探索,提出了甘肃省国土资源综合监管平台总体架构,构建了综合监管指标体系,开展了综合监管平台的初步设计,对监管平台各组成系统的功能作了阐述,并对建设提出了建议对策。
In order to meet the requirements of land resource management in the new normal situation, this paper explores the design and construction of the comprehensive land resource supervision platform in Gansu province based on the concept of ＂top-level design＂, presents the overall structure on implementation of the complete control indexing system; The preliminary design of the comprehensive supervision platform is carried out; the function of system is expounded; the countermeasures are put forward finally in this paper.
