随着互联网技术的发展,电子政务系统中所管理的数据量呈现爆发式增长,传统的数据库管理模式无法满足海量政务数据的存储与管理需求,云计算通过虚化化技术将所有的硬件资源进行集成统一,构建大规模、分布式、可弹性伸缩的虚拟数据库,可有效解决电子政务的大数据管理问题。该文对云计算技术及其特点进行详细的阐述,基于云计算的数据库管理系统在电子政务中的应用进行研究与分析,对提高电子政务系统的大数据化能力具有重要意义。

The traditional database management mode can not meet the storage and management requirements of massive government affairs data. Of the hardware resources to integrate and build a large-scale, distributed, flexible and flexible virtual database,which can effectively solve the e-government data management issues. In this paper, the cloud computing technology and its characteristics are expounded in detail.
