口腔菌群与消化道肿瘤相关性的研究进展

Advance on the correlation between oral bacteria and gastrointestinal cancer

口腔是全身寄居微生物密度最高,种类最多的部位之一。口腔幽门螺杆菌与胃部肿瘤关系的研究引发了对口腔微生物与肿瘤之间关系的研究热潮。本文从消化道肿瘤影响口腔菌群的组成,以及口腔菌群影响消化道肿瘤的发生与发展两个方面对口腔菌群与消化道肿瘤之间的关系进行综述,为口腔菌群与消化道肿瘤关系的进一步研究提供参考,并对相关研究在临床工作中的应用前景进行阐述,为消化道肿瘤的早期检测,早期预防及临床治疗提供新思路。

The oral cavity is one of body site that contains the highest density and most kinds of microorganisms in the body. There has been a research boom of association between oral microorganisms and cancers since Helicobacter Pylori is recognized as a definite cause of gastric cancer. In this paper, we review the interrelation of gastrointestinal cancer and oral bacteria through the interpretation of how gastrointestinal cancer affects oral bacterial component and how oral bacteria influence the development of gastrointestinal cancer. It can provide new ideas for early detection, early prevention and clinical intervention of gastrointestinal cancer.
