摘要
在合金钢能量色散X射线荧光光谱的研究基础上,使用国产的XRF-6型能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪对合金钢中铌元素进行了测定分析.铌元素的Kα 特征射线能量值为16.658keV,铁元素的Kα 特征射线能量值为6.40keV,通过与基体铁元素特征射线能量值的对比可以实现合金钢中铌元素的快速定性及定量分析.合金钢中其他成分元素对铌元素的Kα 特征峰和Kβ 峰的干扰基本不影响铌元素测定数据的准确性.研究结果表明X射线荧光能谱可解决合金钢中铌元素的快速分析问题.
The X-ray fluorescence spectrometry characteristics of niobium in high alloy steel were measured by domestic XRF-6 type energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The Kα characteristics energy value of niobium element is 16.658 keV, and the Kα characteristics energy value of iron element is 6.40 keV. The energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of niobium in high alloy steel was very convenient, which used NbKα compared with iron characteristic X-ray energy. The interference of matrix elements in the alloy steel to the K alpha peak and the K beta peak of niobium element was no effect on the accuracy of the data. Research results showed that the X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy can solve the problem of quick analysis of niobium in alloy steel effectively.
