摘要
[目的 ]建立了葡萄酒中柠檬黄、靛蓝、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红、苋菜红、新红、胭脂红含量的高效液相色谱法测定方法.[方法 ]采用SB-Cl8色谱柱,0.8mL/L甲醇和0.02mol/L乙酸铵的水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL/min,采用紫外检测器,检测波长为254nm.[结果 ]该方法测定9种合成着色剂,在0.05~200mg/L范围内,具有良好线性关系(r≥0.9992),检出限在0.0379~0.0756mg/L之间,在50mg/L添加水平上(n=3),平均加标回收率为82.4~94.6%,相对标准偏差1.7~3.9%;在检测的部分新疆地产葡萄酒样品中共检出了8种合成着色剂,检出率为94.84%,检出率由高到低顺序:日落黄〉新红〉胭脂红〉诱惑红〉苋菜红〉亮蓝〉柠檬黄,检出值区间为3.43-258.37.[结论 ]该方法测定葡萄酒中人工合成着色剂,简便、快速、准确;新疆地产葡萄酒样品存在添加着色剂的现象.
[Objective] A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of contents of tartrazine , indigotin, sunset yellow, fancy red, brilliant blue, erythrosine, amaranth, new red,carmine is established in wine ; [Method] The HPLC separation was performed with the analysis column SB-Cl8 by using the mobile phase gradient elution of the 0.8mL/L methanol and 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution. Flow rate is 0.8mL/min, the wavelength of the detector - UV is 254nm. [Result] The method for the determination of 9 synthetic colorants exhibited excellent linearity over a range of 0.05 - 200mg/L (r 〉 0.9992), in addition 50mg/L level (n=3).The detection limit, The average recovery rate and relative standard deviation of this method was 0.0379 - 0.0756 mg/L, 82.4 ~ 94.6%, and 1.7 ~ 3.9%, respectively. 8 synthetic colorants were detected in Xinjiang real estate wine samples. the detection rate was 94.84%. The detection rate from high to low order sunset yellow〉 new red 〉 carmine in wine 〉 fancy red 〉 amaranth 〉brilliant blue 〉 tartrazine The detection range was 3.43 - 258.37. [Conclusion] this method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of synthetic colorants in wine ; There are synthetic colorants in the products of Xinjiang Wine.
