南京市典型石油化工企业挥发性有机物排放特征

Typical Volatile Organic Compounds Emission Characteristics of Nanjing Petrochemical Enterprise

针对于石油化工行业生产工艺,采用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测法、气相色谱-质谱GC-MS对该行业企业有组织废气中的挥发性有机物进行现场检测.测试结果表明：固定污染源废气中非甲烷总烃和VOCS排放浓度均达标,主要特征污染物苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯的排放浓度均达标.特征污染物中苯、甲苯、二甲苯,在所监测点位中检出频率较高,为石化行业的特征污染物,并根据监测结果提出建议.

In petroleum and chemical industry production process, organization waste gas from the industry volatile organic compounds was detected by using the gas chromatography flame ionization method, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry GC - MS in the test field. The test results showed that the fixed pollution source emission total hydrocarbon and VOCS china-africa methane concentrations were up to standard, the main characteristics of pollutants for benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, xylene, the emission concentration of styrene are up to standard. Characteristics of pollutants in the benzene, toluene, xylene, in monitoring points in frequency detection for petrochemical industry, the characteristics of the pollutants and suggestions are proposed based on the monitoring results.
