摘要
对平体操运动员平衡木平衡技能进行优化训练,可以提高运动员的下肢平衡性,提高比赛成绩。进行平衡技能训练时,应提取平衡木训练前后的运动员下肢平衡能力特征,组建运动员下肢平衡能力影响评价模型,计算下肢平衡指数判断阈值,利用阈值完成优化训练,但是传统方法通过分析运动员下肢平衡的变化趋势完成训练,但是不能对下肢平衡特征进行提取,无法获取平衡影响模型和平衡指数判断阈值,降低了技能训练的效果。提出一种基于博弈理论的平体操运动员平衡木平衡技能优化训练方法。该方法先以运动员最大肌肉力量为依据,得到平衡木训练前后实际下肢角度位置与目标位置之间的差值,从生理学反射机制角度给出不同频率平衡木训练下运动员下肢平衡评价数据,提取平衡木训练前后的运动员下肢平衡能力特征,融合于特征选取方法筛选出各分类器中最佳的影响特征空间,依据Markov博弈理论组建平衡木训练对运动员下肢平衡能力影响评价模型,获取耐力疲劳指数判断阈值,利用阈值完成平衡木训练对运动员下肢平衡能力影响分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法统计精确度高,体操运动员平衡木平衡技能优化训练评价以及运动员选材提供科学依据和有价值的理论参考。
An optimization training method for balance beam equilibrium skill of the gymnast is proposed based the game theory. Firstly, the maximum muscle strength of athlete is used as the gist and the difference value between the position of actual lower limbs angle and target location is obtained. Then, the evaluating data of lower limbs bal- ance under balance beam training with different frequency from the physiology reflex mechanism is given out, and the balance ability feature of athlete lower limbs before and after the balance beam training is extracted. Moreover, the optimal influence feature space in every classifier integrated with the feature selection method is screened out, and the evaluation model for the influence of balance beam training on the balance ability of athlete lower limbs is built ac- cording to the Markov game theory to acquire the judgement threshold value of endurance fatigue index. Finally, the threshold value is used to complete the influence analysis of balance beam training on balance ability of athlete lower limbs. The simulation results show that the method has high statistics precision. It can provide the scientific basis and theoretical references with valuable for the optimization training.
