摘要 对铅球运动员投掷目标进行技术优化,可以提高铅球比赛成绩。进行投掷目标技术优化时,应以运动员上肢投掷训练为主,计算上肢专项训练对投掷目标训练的影响程度,获得运动员肩部肌肉群协同"推"铅球过程发力的协同作用效果指标,但是传统方法通过分析上肢投掷训练与铅球运动员成绩之间的关系进行技术优化,但是不能获取明确的运动员肩部肌肉群协同"推"铅球过程发力的协同作用效果指标,降低了技术优化效果。提出一种基于灰色关联分析的铅球运动员投掷目标技术优化模型。上述模型先融合于灰色关联分析理论获取铅球运动员成绩及上肢专项绝对力量、上肢专项速度力量训练两方面影响因素初值像,计算出上肢绝对力量训练与运动员成绩之间的相关性系数,得到上肢绝对力量训练各影响因素与运动员成绩的关联度,获取上肢肌肉组织与支撑系统之间的相互作用关系,计算出上肢专项速度力量训练下上肢肌肉的做功强度对运动员成绩的影响程度,给出逐渐增加上肢投掷训练负荷过程中运动员在"拨"及"推"铅球过程中肌肉群的发力力量,获得运动员肩部肌肉群协同"推"铅球过程发力的协同作用效果指标,并组建铅球运动员投掷目标技术优化模型。仿真结果表明,所提模型能够精确的对铅球运动员投掷目标进行技术优化。 A technology optimization method for throwing target of shot putter is proposed. Firstly, the initial val- ues of influencing factors such as athlete grade, absolute force, and speed force of upper-limb specialized training method are acquired, and the correlation coefficient between upper-limb absolute force training and athlete grade is worked ont. Then, the association degree between each influence factor of upper-limb absolute force training and ath- lete grade is obtained, and the interaction relationship of upper-limb muscle tissue and support system is acquired. Moreover, the influence degree of upper and lower limb working strength under upper-limb specialized speed training on athlete grade is worked out, and the power generation force of muscle group during the drawing and putting shot process under increasing training load is given out gradually. Finally, the synergistic effect index of power generation of shoulder muscle group is obtained, and the technology optimization model for throwing target of shot putter is built. The simulation results show that the model can optimize the technology for throwing target of shot putter precisely.
