突发环境事件环境损害评估是科学判定突发环境事件级别和类型、依法开展事后恢复重建及追究污染者法律责任的基本依据。本文介绍了突发环境事件环境损害评估的国内进展情况和广州市相关工作基础,分析了存在的问题,并提出了广州市推进该项工作的对策建议。

Environmental damage assessment is the basis to determine the level and category of emergent environmental accident, restore the damaged environment, investigate for legal responsibility of polluter according to law. This paper introduced the domestic progress of the environmental damage assessment of emergent environmental accident and relevant working basis in Guangzhou, analyzed the existing problems and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the work in Guangzhou.I
