遵义地区手足口病荧光定量聚合酶链反应法分型检测及流行特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过了解遵义地区因各型肠道病毒感染引起手足口病的流行病学特征,为预防和诊断遵义地区的手足口病提供理论依据。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测方法,对所采集的696例疑似手足口病患儿咽拭子标本进行肠道病毒通用型、肠道病毒EV71型和Cox A16型检测,同时采集以上患儿的血液样本进行血生化和血常规等相应的辅助检查,比较不同类型肠道病毒患儿的性别、年龄及就诊方式等方面的差异。结果不同类型肠道病毒感染数间无明显性别差异(P>0.05),而住院患儿肠道病毒感染的发生率(74.23%)高于门诊患儿、幼儿、婴儿的发病率(25.77%、89.04%、10.96%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无论是在临床普检还是在大规模流行时,通过采集咽拭子进行FQ-PCR检测,对手足口病的分型诊断均有重要意义。 Objective Learnning various types of enterovirus infection epidemiological charateristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Zunyi,providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and diagnosis of HFMD in Zunyi. Methods FQ-PCR results using the method of universal throat swab,detection of intestinal virus common type,EV71 type and Cox A16 type and acquisition 696 cases suspected HFMD children and blood samples for laboratory examinations contrast,for example blood biochemistry and blood routine. The difference of sex,age and visiting method of children on different types enteroviruses were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the number of different types of enteroviruses between boys and girls with different types of enteroviruses,and the incidence of enterovirus infection in hospitalized children(74.23%) were higher than that in outpatients(25.77%),young children(89.04%) and infants(10.96%),the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion When HFMD pandemic,swabs by FQ-PCR is detected,the diagnosis of HFMD has important significance.
