PETG热收缩膜作为一种功能型包装材料,具有极限收缩率高,自然收缩率低,收缩曲线平整,透明度、光泽度高,印刷色彩优异,环境协调性好的特点,越来越多的应用于包装和标签膜等领域。对传统的PE、PVC材质的热收缩膜的替代趋势明显,在其制备技术方面,采用多元共聚以提高热收缩率,并且可通过钛锑复合催化等手段减少重金属锑的使用。

As a functional packaging material, PETG heat shrinkable film is being widely used in packaging and la- bel film and other fields instead of traditional PE, PVC material of the heat shrinkable film because of its high shrinkage limit, low natural shrinkage, shrinkage curve smoothness, high transparency, high gloss, excellent print- ing color and good environmental coordination. In its preparation technology, multiple copolymerization was always applied to improve the heat shrinkage and titanium-stibium composite catalysis can be used to reduce the use of heavy metals of antimony.
