对影响洛阳石化TA产品灰分的各种原因如新鲜催化剂品质、氧化反应控制、过滤机运行、母液循环率、系统进碱、生产波动、倾析罐有机物杂质含量、外来杂质进行分析,有针对性地提出并实施了一系列相应对策,成功达到了降低TA灰分的目的,在实际生产中应用后取得了良好的效果。

The factors affecting the ash content in Luoyang Petrochemical TA products such as fresh catalyst quali- ty, oxidation reaction control, filter operation, mother liquor circulation rate, system feed alkali, production fluctu- ation , decanter tank organic matter impurity content, foreign impurities were analyzed. A series of corresponding countermeasures were put forward to reduce the ash content in TA product. Good results has achieved after applica- tion in the actual production.
