摘要 对在纤维卷曲中,丝束张力的精确测量和平稳控制的重要性进行了分析。介绍了控制卷曲张力的关键性设备张力检测装置、有速度传感器的矢量控制。指出了实际运转过程中的优化措施如测速机的正确安装、速比高限值的设定、加减速时间的优化调整。 Control optimization of crimp tension of polyester staple fiber ZHOU Xin-qiang , QIN Zhi-xiao , MA Shao-pu ( SINOPEC Luoyang Branch, Luoyang 471012, China) Abstract :The importance of accurate measurement and smooth control of the tow tension in staple fiber crimp was analyzed. The key equipments which control the crimp tension such as tension detection device and the vector con- trol of the velocity sensor were introduced. The optimization measures in the actual operation, such as the correct installation of the speed measuring machine, the setting of the high limit value of the speed ratio, the optimization and adjustment of the acceleration / deceleration time were pointed out.
