Influence factors and control of desalted water consumption in PTA Plant

针对洛阳石化精对苯二甲酸(简称PTA)装置除盐水消耗的实际情况,全面统计了装置除盐水的消耗和泄露情况,从除盐水用户变化、除盐水跑、冒、滴、漏等方面分析了近2年除盐水消耗偏高的主要原因,提出具体的改进措施,降低了除盐水消耗,取得了较好的经济效益和环保效益。

Combination with the actual conditions of the desahed water consumption in PTA plant, the main reasons of high consumption of desalted water in recent two years was analyzed from desalted water user changes and desalted water leakage, the consumption and leakage conditions of the desalted water were comprehensive statistic. Concrete measures are put forward to reduce the consumption of desalted water, and better economic and enviromnental benefits have been achieved.
