摘要
为研究聚驱采出液中的复杂成分,稳定性以及采出液的处理方法等问题,可以通过室内制备模拟乳状液的方式,并对配制的乳状液进行稳定性评价来确定实验室内制备乳状液时的最佳配制条件。根据正交实验原理设计实验。采用流变仪、Zeta电位仪和激光粒度分析仪进行实验,结合实验结果得到乳状液含水率、温度,含聚浓度等条件对乳状液稳定性的影响规律及主次顺序,进行方案优选,确定最佳配制条件。
In order to study the complex composition, stability and the treatment method of the produced fluid of polymer flooding, the method that prepare the emulsion in the laboratory can be adopted, and the best preparation conditions for preparing enmlsion in the laboratory can be determined by evaluating the stability of the emulsion. According to the principle of orthogonal experiment design, experiments were conducted using rheometer, Zeta potential analyzer and laser particle size analyzer, combined with the experimental results, the influence and order of primary and secondary sequence of water content, temperature, oil displacement agent concentration and other conditions on the stability of emulsion is studied, to optimize the scheme and determine the optimal conditions for preparation.
