摘要
柴胡黄酮类化合物是柴胡中除皂苷外另一种重要的药用活性成分,有保肝、利胆、退黄等功效。柴胡茎叶中含有较高抗氧化活性的黄酮类化合物,毒性小、安全性高,是非常有开发前景的天然抗氧化剂。本文总结了柴胡黄酮类抗氧化作用机制研究的最新进展,从抑制或清除自由基的产生、激活体内抗氧化体系等进行了综述,为其在临床的进一步应用提供参考。
In addition to saikosaponins, flavonoids is another important medicinal ingredient in Bupleurum. Composition of the class has a role in the hepatoprotective, choleretic, jaundice. The antioxidant activity of the total flavonoids with Bupleurum is mainly exist in the part of its stems and leaves, so it is the most promising natural antioxidants. Research progresses in the antioxidant mechanism of flavnonid by inhibition free radical produce, scavenging free radical, against lipid per-oxidation and strengthening the activity of antioxidant system were sum- marized in this paper. It will provide reference for further application of saikosaponins in clinical practice.
