提高新疆某低品位铜钼矿浮选指标技术攻关及实践 被引量:6

Technical Research and Practice to Improve the Flotation Index of Certain Low-grade Copper Molybdenum in Xinjiang

摘要 新疆某铜钼矿原矿品位均较低,且随着深度开采,矿石性质发生较大变化,选矿厂生产指标波动较大,主要表现为铜钼回收率低、钼精矿品位不稳定等问题。为此,在系统的小型试验研究及现场流程考查的基础上,结合现场实际进行技术改造。改造完成后,新工艺添加高效铜钼捕收剂A23进行工业试验,获得了良好指标。在原矿铜、钼品位相当的情况下,与技术攻关前相比钼精矿钼品位提高了5.097个百分点、钼回收率提高了9.97个百分点;铜回收率提高了1.88个百分点,分离效果显著、指标稳定。技术指标与同类矿山相比处于国内领先水平,有较强的借鉴和推广意义。 The ore grade of copper molybdenum ore in Xinjiang is low and along with the depth of mining, ore properties have great changes, and fluctuant production index have taken place plant. It mainly shows that the copper molybdenum recovery rate is low and concentrate grade is not stable etc. Therefore, on the basis of small experimental research and field process test, combined with the actual technical renovation. After completed reconstruction, the industrial experiment with the new technology of efficient copper molybdenum collector A23 added was carried out, and obtained a good index. In the case of similar grades of copper and molybdenum of raw ore, compared with the previous indexes before technical research, the molybdenum concentrate molybdenum grade was increased by 5.097% with the molybdenum recovery rate increased by 9.97% ; copper recovery rate was increased by 1.88%. The separation effect was remarkable and index was stable. Technical indicators are at the leading level during the similar domestic mines, and has the strong reference and popularization significance.
