某松软破碎岩体采准工程支护参数优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 某铜矿围岩条件属松软破碎范畴,围岩吸水后强度迅速降低,其坚固性系数为3~4,且受冲击地压影响。现行支护方案为管缝式锚杆和T型钢拱架支护,实际生产表明其支护强度不足。针对这一问题,设计采用水力膨胀式锚杆和钢管混凝土支架两种新型的支护技术,对其沿脉巷道进行支护设计。基于悬吊理论、普氏山压理论和弹塑性支护理论,设计锚杆、支架参数,达到提高支护强度、降低支护成本的目的。 The surrounding rock in a copper mine is defined as soft and broken for strength decreases quickly when absorbing water.The solidity coefficient of the surrounding rock varies from 3to 4and is significantly influenced by rock burst.Previous operation has shown that the supporting program where slotted bolt and T-formed steel arch are applied cannot efficiently supporting development projects.Based on suspension theory,protodyakonov's mountain rock pressure theory and elastic plastic theory,a new design of water-expanded bolt and concretefilled steel tube support was proposed to enhance the supporting intensity and decrease the supporting cost.
