多爱肤超薄敷料在小儿头面部烧伤创面修复中的效果观察

Effect of Duo DERM Extra Thin Dressing in Pediatric Face Burn Wound Repair

目的:探究多爱肤超薄敷料在头面部烧伤患儿创面修复中的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的80例头面部烧伤患儿,采用随机数字表分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组40例。观察组患儿创面给予多爱肤超薄敷料覆盖,对照组给予复方紫草油制作的油纱布进行覆盖处理,分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗后3d、7d、10d的愈合率及VAS评分明显优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后良好美观率(62.50%)与对照组患儿的(42.50%)相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿头面部烧伤患儿采用多爱肤超薄敷料治疗,能缓解疼痛,促进创面愈合,提高创面美观度,临床作用显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of DuoDERM extra thin dressing in the treatment of pediatric head and face bums. Methods Eighty children with head and face bums who admitted in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and the children were treated with compound lithospermum gauze half exposure treatment and DuoDERM extra thin dressing respectively. The treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The healing rate at 3, 7 and 10 days after treatment and the VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The good aesthetic rate in the observation group （62.50%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （42.50%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion DuoDERM extra thin dressing for the treatment of pediatric head and face bums have significant clinical effect, it can relieve pain, promote wound healing, and improve the aesthetic degree of wound.
