应用1064nm Nd:YAG激光多模式序贯治疗寻常性痤疮

摘要 目的:观察1 064nm Nd:YAG激光多种模式序贯治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:应用1 064nm Nd:YAG激光的三种治疗模式序贯治疗40例面部寻常性痤疮患者,病情Ⅱ~Ⅳ级,每4周治疗1次,连续治疗4次,每次治疗前及最后1次治疗结束后4周观察记录临床反应并拍摄皮损照片。结果:40例患者,疗程结束后4周观察,总有效率85%,治疗期间未发现任何不良反应。结论:采用1 064nm Nd:YAG激光多模式序贯治疗中、重度寻常性痤疮安全、有效。 Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser multi-mode sequential therapy on ache vulgaris. Methods 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser sequential therapy in 3 modes was applied on 40 different subjects with acne vulgaris from level Ⅱ to IV every fourth week and totally 4 consecutive treatments. The changes of clinical symptoms were observed before treatment and after the last treatment accompanied with photographs. Results 40 different subjects were observed at week 4 after the end of the treatment, the overall response rate was 85% and no any adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion It was found that 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser multi-mode sequential therapy on moderate to severe acne vulgaris was effective and safe.
