心脏涤纶补片联合外眦睑板条悬吊术治疗重度麻痹性睑外翻

Heart Dacron Graft Combined with Lateral Tarsal Strip Procedure Suspension for Severe Paralytic Ectropion

目的:探讨心脏涤纶补片联合外眦睑板条悬吊术治疗重度麻痹性睑外翻的临床效果。方法:选择2011年6月-2016年6月于本院接受治疗的重度麻痹性下睑外翻患者14例(14眼)为研究对象,将心脏涤纶补片置于下睑板和下眶缘之间,并将外侧下睑板固定于外眶缘内上方的骨膜上,观察术后眼部外观形态及功能恢复、并发症等情况。结果:术后随访6~12个月,14例重度麻痹性睑外翻患者均完全矫正,无植入物移位、脱出等不良反应,患者对术后较满意。结论:采用心脏涤纶补片下睑植入联合外眦睑板条悬吊术治疗重度麻痹性下睑外翻,操作简单,创伤小,易于掌握,效果确切,为麻痹性下睑外翻矫正提供了新途径。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using heart dacron graft combined with lateral tarsal strip procedure suspension for severe paralytic ectropion. Methods 14 cases（14 eyes） with severe paralytic ectropion patients treated on our hospital from February June 2011 to June 2016 were selected as research object, put the dacron heart patch between the tarsus and the inferior orbital rim,and the lateral tarsal is fixed on the periosteum that at the top of the orbital margin. Patients were observed in terms of eye appearance and function recovery, adverse reactions. Results Follow-up 6-12months, 14 patients with severe paralytic ectropion are entirely correct, no implant displacement and prolapse. Conclusion The methods to use heart dacron graft combined with lateral tarsal strip procedure suspension for severe paralytic ectropion is simple to use and easy to master, it＇s stiil has certain effect and small trauma, so it provides a new way for paralytic ectropion.
