摘要
目的:观察采用冷光源反角涡轮机在微创拔除下颌水平阻生牙中的效果。方法:选择笔者科室门诊需要拔除下颌水平阻生牙的186例患者(186颗牙齿),随机分为微创组和对照组,每组93颗,术后记录两组的手术操作时间、患者畏惧感及手术并发症(断根、干槽症、术后面部肿胀、张口受限、邻牙松动)的情况并进行观察分析。结果:微创组的拔牙手术操作时间短,患者畏惧感相对于对照组明显低,发生断根、干槽症、术后面部肿胀、张口受限、邻牙松动的并发症明显低于对照组。结论:运用冷光源反角涡轮机在下颌水平阻生牙微创技术拔除过程中,手术时间短、降低了手术创伤并明显减少了手术并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cold light illuminator contra-angle turbine handpiece in the minimally invasive extraction of mandibular impacted teeth. Methods A total of 186 subjects with mandibular impacted teeth to be extracted at our out-patient were randomly and evenly divided into two groups, namely minimally invasive group and control group. The extraction duration, patient fearfulness and operative complications (broken roots, dry socket, postoperative facial swelling, restricted mouth opening and teeth loosening) were recorded, observed and analyzed. Results Minimally invasive extraction had shorter operative duration and significantly lower fearfulness in patients. Incident rate of complications, such as broken roots, dry socket, postoperative facial swelling, restricted mouth opening and teeth loosening, was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion By adopting cold light illuminator contra-angle turbine handpiece in the minimally invasive extraction of mandibular impacted teeth, extraction duration was shorten, operative wound was reduced and complications were significantly lowered, which was worthy of promoting in clinical practice.
