摘要
目的:探讨生理性支抗Spee氏弓矫治器的M-LF托槽与MBT自锁托槽在排齐和整平牙列过程中上颌牙弓宽度的变化,为临床应用提供参考。方法:选取60例非拔牙的正畸患者,分别应用M-LF托槽与MBT自锁托槽排齐和整平上颌牙列,在T1阶段和T2阶段(即应用0.018×0.025NiTi方丝排齐整平结束时)分别制取患者上颌模型,选用尖牙间宽度等多项测量标志点进行测量,比较两者上颌牙弓宽度的差异。结果:M-LF托槽与MBT自锁托槽牙弓宽度变化最显著在前磨牙区,各自前后差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);M-LF组的牙弓变化量比MBT自锁托槽组大,但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:对于非拔牙正畸的患者,应用生理性支抗Spee氏弓矫治器的M-LF托槽与MBT自锁矫治器在排齐和整平牙列阶段,均可使上颌牙弓中后段宽度显著增大。前者牙弓变化量比后者大,但优势并不明显。
Objective To investigate the changes of arch width with physiological anchorage Spee's appliance M-LF bracket and MBT stright wire bracket during the leveling and aligning stage, in order to provide reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 60 non-extraction orthodontic patients was selected in this study, using M-LF bracket and MBT straight wire bracket respectively leveling and maxillary dentition,in the T1 and T2 stage (i.e. the application of 0.018*0.025NiTi at the end of wire alignment and leveling) maxillary model of each patient was made, the canine cusp and some other marks was selcted inorder to msasure and compare the changes of the maxillary arch width. Results During the leveling and aligning stage, the most significant changes of the arch width was in premolar area both of the two types of brackets, and their differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); variation of arch in M-LF braket group was more than MBT straight wire bracket group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion For non-extraction orthodontic patients,application of physiological anchorage Spee's appliance M-LF bracket and MBT straight wire brackets in leveling and dentition stage,can make the maxillary posterior arch's width significantly increase than in the other group's, but the advantage are not significant. The changes of dental arch are larger in L-MF brakets group.
