面部注射致视网膜中央动脉及鼻背动脉阻塞患者介入溶栓治疗的护理对策

Nursing Experience with Interventional Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients with Central Retinal Artery Occlusion or Dorsal Nasal Artery Occlusion Caused by Injection of Facial Cosmetic

目的:探讨超选择性眼动脉及鼻背动脉造影后介入溶栓治疗的护理对策。方法:对我院视网膜中央动脉合并鼻背动脉阻塞患者进行介入溶栓治疗及护理体会的回顾性分析。结果:患者介入溶栓治疗过程顺利,视力提高、鼻部患处皮肤基本恢复正常,无并发症发生。结论:超选择眼动脉及鼻背动脉介入溶栓治疗视网膜中央动脉及鼻背动脉阻塞,是目前安全、可靠、有效的方法,全程优质、细致的护理为疾病的治疗和康复提供有力保障。

Objective To explore the nursing of interventional thrombolytic therapy after angiography of super selective ophthalmic artery and dorsal nasal artery. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted based on interventional thrombolytic therapy and nursing in patients with retinal central artery and nasal artery occlusion in our hospital. Results the procedure of interventional thrombolytic therapy was successful. Patient＇s postoperative visual acuity was improved and nose skin damage was basically restored, while no complications occurred. Conclusion Super-selective ophthalmic artery and dorsal artery interventional thrombolytic therapy is a safe, reliable and effective method for the treatment of central retinal artery and nasal artery occlusion. Full quality care can provide a strong guarantee for the treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of such patients.
