外滩信号塔安全鉴定与加固修缮

摘要 文章通过对外滩信号塔的检测鉴定,尽可能采用无损检测方法对其结构进行测绘,测试其抗压强度,并验算其在风荷载、多遇地震、罕遇地震不同作用下的承载能力,分析其抗震性能及后续使用安全性。针对鉴定结果,在保留其原外立面的情况下,提出一系列切实可行的加固方案,使其达到建筑保护和使用安全、恢复建筑的历史风貌、改善使用功能、提高抗震性能的目的,也使外滩信号塔的历史人文价值源远流长。 This article inspected and verified the signal tower in the Bund; surveys and maps its structure by Nondestructive Testing Method as much as possible; checks its bearing capacity under wind load, frequent earthquake and rare earthquake; and analyzes its seismic performance and follow-up safety. Based on the identification results, articles puts forward a series of practical reinforcement schemes without removing its original exterior to ensure its preservation and safety; restore its historical appearance; improve its using function; and increase its seismic performance. So that the historical and cultural value of the signal tower in the Bund can be preserved for future generations.
