在管控思想指导下,上海新民洋区域更新实践项目将业态策划、规划控制、建筑设计与项目管控相结合,在管理、引导、行动层面建立一整套切实有效的城市更新设计管控体系,初步探索了大型中心城区更新的方法,引导和控制更新区域项目的有序开发。
