近年来,随着城市有机更新及转型发展的推进,旧住房综合改造工作也是政府重点开展工作之一,"十三五"期间,上海将实施5 000万m^2各类旧住房修缮改造。文章通过原理分析、能耗模拟及实测等方法,探讨反射型隔热涂料在旧住房改造中的节能效果和经济效益,为建筑反射隔热涂料的应用推广提供理论依据。

In recent years, with city＇s organic renewal and the promotion of transformation development, old housing＇s comprehensive transformation work is also one of government＇s key works, during the ＂13th Five- Year Plan＂ period, Shanghai will implement 50 million m^2 renovation for various types of old housing. This article discusses the energy saving effect and economic benefit of reflective thermal insulation coating used in the transformation of old houses through the methods of principle analysis, energy consumption simulation and measurement; and provides the theoretical basis for the application and promotion of building＇s reflective thermal insulation coatings.
