摘要 研究了硅烷渗透型防水涂料对不同强度等级混凝土的防护效果及其用量对混凝土防水效果的影响,从表面疏水性、吸水率、渗透深度和氯离子吸收量降低效果几个方面进行了考察,并探讨了其在混凝土基材上的有效渗透量与防水效果的关系。研究结果表明:硅烷渗透型防水涂料用量越大,对基材的防护效果越好;同种产品对低强度混凝土的防护效果较高强度混凝土更明显;硅烷膏体与硅烷液体相比,具有挥发损失少、有效渗透量高的特点,能更有效地降低混凝土表层对氯离子的吸收,起到防水防腐的效果,从而提高混凝土的耐久性;经过硅烷渗透型防水涂料浸渍处理后的混凝土表面均有很好的疏水效果。 The effects of permeable silane waterproofing coating and its dosage in protective of different strength grade concrete were studied and the hydrophobic, water absorption rate, penetration depth and the absorption value reduce rate of chlorid ion were investigated. The relationship between the effective permeability of permeable silane waterproofing coating and the waterproofing effect were discussed. The results indicate that the protective effect on the substrate is reinforced with the amount of permeable silane waterproofing coating increasing and the protective effect on low strength grade concrete is more significant. Compared with silane liquid, silane paste can reduce the absorption of chloride ions of concrete, decrease the water absorption. Thus, the silane permeable waterproofing coating can improve the durability of concrete. Meanwhile, the concrete surface with treatment of silane permeable waterproofing coating has good hydrophobic effect.
