摘要
针对四轴加工中心在利用传统工艺加工维纳斯雕像过程中出现的效率低及容易发生断刀现象进行分析研究,提出了基于UG NX平台采用旋转MCS工件坐标系的原理,利用UG NX型腔铣和可变轮廓铣功能对维纳斯雕像进行加工的方法,解决了传统加工工艺中存在的一些问题,实现了典型复杂曲面零件维纳斯雕像在四轴联动加工中心上的高效加工,达到了预期效果。
Aiming at the low efficiency of four axis machining center processing and easily cutting in the process oi the statue of Venus, the paper explores some new methods of typical complex curved surface parts machining the statue of Ve- nus. The UG NX platform uses MCS rotating workpiece coordinate system based on the principle and method for machining a statue of Venus by UG NX cavity milling and variable contour milling function, solving some problems existing in the tra- ditional method. The typical complex surface machining parts of the statue of Venus in the four axis machining center are high efficiently processed, achieving the desired effect.
