摘要
为研究09MnNiDR钢制乙烯低温球罐接性能,对-70℃低温钢09MnNiDR钢板进行了插销冷裂纹试验,试验分别按不预热、预热50℃和预热75℃进行,定量地确定了焊接预热温度对冷裂纹的影响,为国内首台设计温度-67℃、2000m^3乙烯低温球罐的制造提供了试验依据。
Through the welding cold crack test on 09MnNiDR steel plates, matching forgings and welding materials at --70 ℃, tests are done respectively by non preheating and preheating temperature of 50 ℃ and 75 ℃. It quantitatively de- termines the effects of preheating temperature on cold crack. It gives a test criteria on the first domestic design of 2000 m^2 vinyl low-temperature pot made in 09MnNiDR steel at --67 ℃, culminating in the first batch of vinyl low-temperature pot made in 09MnNiDR steel at low-temperature.
