摘要
镜像是数控铣削系统中提供给用户的G功能指令,采用该指令程序可高效、方便地处理数控铣削加工中具有形状相同或比例相似的零件;但存在加工程序分层时计算量大,计算复杂等问题。针对上述问题,结合生产中加工实例,采用具有逻辑运算和算术运算功能的宏程序,配合镜像指令形状相同或比例相似的零件结构简化处理,实现了手工编程事半功倍的加工效果。
The mirroring is the G function instruction provided to the user in the CNC milling system. It has the advan- tages of high efficiency and convenience for processing the parts with the same shape or similar proportions in the numerical control milling process. However, due to the process requirements in practice, particularly for the problem of large amount of calculation in the process of the workpiece with large machining allowance, the author combines some processing cases, a- dopts macro programming to solve programming problems, then coordinates simplified processing of parts with the same shape or proportion of the same image instructions, finally realizes multiplier effect by manual programming.
