摘要
传统的暗场显微镜要求暗场聚光镜数值孔径应大于物镜的数值孔径,这限制了暗场显微镜的成像分辨率和应用。在普通光学显微镜上搭建了一套新型的暗场显微镜成像系统,该系统没有限制物镜的数值孔径,采用数值孔径1.3、放大倍率100的浸油物镜实现了对尺寸为50nm的金纳米颗粒的成像。该系统能满足纳米尺度的观测和成像要求,提高了成像分辨率和应用范围,能在普通实验室普及应用。
The conventional dark field microscope requires the numerical aperture of the dark field condenser to be larger than the numerical aperture of the objective lens, which limits the imaging resolution and application of dark field micro- scope. A new dark field microscope imaging system without restricting the numerical aperture of objective lens is built on the ordinary optical microscope, oil immersion objective lens with NA1.3, 100 × is used to image gold nanoparticles with a size of 50 nm. The system is able to meet the requirements of the nano-scale observation and imaging, improving the ima- ging resolution and application range, and can be applied in the ordinary laboratories.
